we stayed in 2 different room types due to the bigger type being sold out on our last night- the bigger one was great (spacious and also had an air purifier) but the smaller room felt very cramped. the morning of our room change front desk helped move us to our second room before we had to check out which was very convenient and nice.

Excellent location with direct access from metro and on the orange line. All staff was great, polite and helpful. The room/bathroom was ok size but beautiful and comfortable. The international sockets are super useful. Lots of storage area. The separate toilet was useful with a toto toilet. Bathroom ok with standard+rain shower but with no lock. The free minibar is appreciated. Pool is ok, but like many places in korea, it requires you to wear a cap. The room service food is excellent, super tasty, hot. (unlike the breakfast)

We loved the design of our room - modern, simple and very practical. It's spotlessly clean. I liked it having a separate powder room and spacious bathroom with walk-in wardrobe and a make-up table. Beds are comfortable. We had good night sleep. It is conveniently located right next to the subway station. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and jaccuzi. Gym open 24 hours. Hotel staff are excellent from receptionist to in-room services. The breakfast buffet offers an excellent variety of food with good quality. We really enjoyed our 3 nights stay at Andaz as a family and will for sure come back again when we visit Seoul and Gungam.

The room is lovely and spacious, but more than anything, the staff are amazing! They were constantly on the lookout for how to make our stay more enjoyable and so, so attentive to everything we could possibly need. Service was so prompt and they were constantly anticipating our needs. When I went downstairs to wait for my food delivery, one of the concierge staff voluntarily went the extra mile to head out in the cold and check if the delivery rider had arrived. I am so impressed - the staff alone are more than enough to make me visit again.

I like this hotel when I stay in Seoul. Perfect fit for a business trip. The staff is simply amazing, the breakfast is fantastic, the rooms are very comfortable and well equipped. The central location in Gangnam is convenient.
